It’s been a while since I posted my original FatLoss4Idiots review and this program has received a ton of attention since I first reviewed it. It does have some detractors as well, but the bottom line is that it’s clearly making an impact with a lot of people and helping them lose stomach fat. Here’s some of the recent online buzz about FatLoss4Idiots:

The second comment is partially correct. The people who try Fat Loss 4 Idiots usually are consuming too many calories and the diet helps bring that into line. The low carb portion is not accurate nor is a low carb approach required to lose weight (Fat Loss 4 Idiots has a fruit day... low carb? Hello? Fruit isn't low carb).
It’s true that Fat Loss 4 Idiots is designed for very rapid weight loss results, not as a long haul program. It won’t really teach you to “eat properly,” but the truth is that eating properly doesn’t make you lose weight FAST. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is designed for people who need to lose weight quick and I would recommend a different approach for maintenance once you’ve dropped the pounds. With that said, if you find yourself gaining weight again after the initial diet, you can always use Fat Loss 4 Idiots to generate another 11-day menu and get you back on track.
