I’ve just finished going through the contents of Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs Ebook
and thought I’d give you guys a rough idea of what’s in it. Note that this does
NOT include the contents of the various bonuses that Mike includes when you order
Truth About Abs (there’s a DVD, a set of motivational audios, and a membership with
live chat).
Here are the highlights:
- The fat burning recipes. The marketing materials on Mike’s site put the workout
and exercise aspect of Truth About Abs front and center, but it also includes an
archive of recipes for healthy foods that help your body burn fat. Fortunately many
of these recipes sound delicious--they're not the rabbit food that usually comes
to mind when people say “healthy.” Mike is a certified nutritionist and understands
the distinction between foods that help you burn fat and foods that don’t (did you
know, for instance, that dietary fat is no more likely to metabolize into body fat
than any other nutrient?).
- Detailed information on how the body burns fat, along with what types of foods aid
the process. If you’re looking for the technical background and a deeper understanding
of the process of fat burning, Mike’s got you covered with an explanation of how
the body works as well as a list of the right types of foods to eat.
- The workouts. These are arguably the core of the program and they don’t disappoint.
Truth About Abs takes a unique approach to exercise however--it doesn’t try to sell
you a bunch of elaborate and gimmicky equipment, nor does it load you up with some
massive, elaborative, super-intensive workout program. The exercises in The Truth
About Sixpack Abs are quick and efficient so you can do them with just a few minutes
of spare time each day. Most of them are body weight exercises that don’t even require
weights, so you can do them in your office, when you get up, or whenever and wherever
is most convenient for you.
There’s more, but these are the main parts of the contents of the Truth About Abs ebook.
Mike’s official site has more information.
